From the year 2013, GT.DECO, Shanghai Greentown GuangMuZuo Co., Ltd was established in Shanghai.

The year 2014: GT.DECO successfully completed its first ever work: the Greentown Wuzhen Yayuan-Yile project. This was the beginning of the chapter 1.0 in GT.DECO design set of real estate for seniors.

Collaborating with the French PYR design company in 2015, we together completed the Hangzhou Azure Qianjiang Luxury Collection Hotel project, the fifth hotel of the Starwood Group in Greater China of the luxury brand "Luxury Collection". 

Together with the Singapore BF Design Company, we completed the Qingdao Greentown Deep Blue Center project. This mansion is known as the luxury club that owns world's top ten most beautiful ocean views. This project fully demonstrated GT.DECO's capability of furniture perfection. Deep Blue Center united 27 top design and construction partners around the world, such as the Burj Khalifa design team SOM. This project integrated a diversity of businesses and industries, which made it known as the No.1 piece of art of Greentown group.

Our design brought an iconic real estate Shantou Baijia Peninsula Phase II high-rise residential project to Shantou. This building was designed in joint effort with the architecture firm of internationally reputed architect Ronald Lu & Partners as well as the internationally renowned landscape design company BENNITT design group.

The showroom project of Suzhou One Sino Park, among the TOP 10 super-luxury houses in Asia, was completed by GT.DECO.

We worked at the blue bay town in Hainan where possess the third "singing beach" in the world for the Greentown luxury residence project of No.1 Xiaolu. This piece of work demonstrated GT.DECO's understanding of philosophy and utilization of natural elements.

The public area grand lobby project of China's No. 1 luxury departments that each worth over 100 million attracted a scramble among buyers: Greentown Shanghai Huangpu Bay. This work exhibited GT.DECO's outstanding strength in tuning the design style and tone. This property won the 8th Golden Plate Award for Best Comprehensive Property and the 2015 Asia-Pacific Luxury Property Gold Award at the 4th Global Real Estate Finance Summit.

The Greentown Changsha Golf H5 Chinese-style courtyard won IAI design award, Design China award and other international awards. The H3 Chinese-style courtyard won the Ai Ding Award. This year we had paved our way for design from the core of cultural heritage.

We deepened our research on the functional zoning based on lifestyle and critical requirement, and applied it in Taoyuanli project, Greentown Dalian. This project was entitled as "the most influential property in Dalian" and was also selected as the shooting location for Miss World.

We successfully developed the five-sense system and achieved the implementation in interior design. This was applied in multiple projects including model room project of Mansion of Prosperous Tang Dynasty at Zhenjiang.

Sunac Taixing Yihefu sales office project won the IAI Design Award.

Sales office project of Sunac Nanjing Tangshan Yulan Mansion won many international awards including the IAI Design Award, Design China award, Ai Ding Award, Long Ding Award and others.

Sales Office project of Zhenjiang Shengtang Befu Villa won many international awards including the IAI Design Award, the 2019 China (Shenzhen) Real Estate Design Conference Top Ten Model House Design Works Award, and the Art Award Finalist Award and others.

Sales Office project of Sunac Taizhou Queyu Taoyuan won the Design China Award.

We collaborated with USA HBA in the completion of the sales office project of Greentown Hangzhou Liuxiang Garden.

Project of Greentown Town of cloudy at won the Design China Award.

Project of Wuxi One Sino Park, the 17th one sino park globally. The property enjoys the beauty and tranquility from the 52,000 square meters of garden landscaping. 

GT.DECO upgraded the real estate design for senior care to stage 2.0. The Shanghai Pujing·Sunshine Health Xinjiangwan City project, which was also known as "China's most expensive senior care apartment" has perfectly utilized our concept and experience.

GT.DECO brought forward the new set of our design concepts:“Renyi-Culture matters”, “Renai-All lives matter” and “Rencai-Love matters”.

GT.DECO's created and started the building of original design brand GT.CASA and Good Goods.

The project works have won many international design awards: American TITAN Real Estate Design Awards, American Muse Design Awards, IAI  Design Award, New York Design Awards, IDEA-TOPS Aite Award, Berlin Design Award in Germany, I-Ding Award , Global Future Design Awards, London Design Awards , Paris DNA Design Awards and Italy A 'Design Awards, etc.

Due to the needs of the company's business development, the company entered the digital field, and its name was officially changed from "Shanghai Greentown GuangMuZuo Co., Ltd." to "Shanghai  GuangMuZuo Co., Ltd.".
